Let me just tell you if you’re looking to have maternity portraits done, GET THE DAMN DRESS.

I can’t tell you how much fun it was to capture this beautiful mama and her family; it was on this gorgeous day in early April when it was super nice outside, and it was the perfect timing! Erin had scheduled me back in November and wanted to wait until she was closer to her due date of well, TODAY!

We rescheduled for multiple reasons; my schedule, her schedule, and then she became sick :( thankfully, she made a full recovery, and as it was, the perfect timing arrived and all of us were so excited to finally be doing this thing!

As this is Erin’s last and final child, she wanted to go out with a bang and did she ever! She had beautiful jewels on her face, a flower crown, and this amazing mermaid dress! (AMAZON!)

I’d never met Erin before and you never know who/what to expect from your clients, even after chatting with them for a few months, but this was a pleasant surprise. These are YOUR sessions; make it your own and have fun with it. Get the sick dress, get your hair or makeup done, do YOU.
